Welcome to the home of the Southern California Honor Guard Association. We are California's only formal organization for honor guards from Police, Corrections, Fire and EMT services.
This association has been a concept for several years and we are excited to finally have it off the ground. After a few years of participation with a team and after coordinating several events, I found that there was a lack of training, information, and communication for public safety honor guards.

I also noticed that there were associations and groups for practically every assignment and specialized unit in public safety except for honor guards.

                                 
Our main goal for this organization is to open up communication between different honor guard teams and become a major source of information for honor guard members. Membership in the association will entitle you to such information. Members will be able to post and receive information regarding specific ceremonial movements and commands, line of duty death and funeral protocols, training schools, and upcoming special events.
We are dedicated to the memory of our fallen co-workers and hope to strengthen the brother and sisterhood between public safety honor guards across the state.

We have many exciting ideas for the organization and we are looking forward to building a strong membership.
